Replace every bracketed placeholder—especially the legal entity name, mailing address, governing state, and DMCA agent information—and have qualified U.S. counsel review the final policy against your actual lead-routing, call, text, cookie, analytics, and data-retention practices.
Our commitment
MVA Crash Collect respects consumer communication preferences. This policy explains how to ask us not to place marketing calls or send marketing text messages to a particular telephone number and how we process those requests.
This policy applies to calls or text messages initiated by or on behalf of , doing business as MVA Crash Collect. Independent attorneys, law firms, lead purchasers, and other third parties maintain their own do-not-call obligations and lists. You should direct an opt-out request to any third party that contacts you as well.
How to make a do-not-call request
You may use any reasonable method to tell us to stop marketing calls or text messages. Available methods include:
- Tell the caller that you do not want further marketing calls.
- Reply STOP to a marketing text message.
- Email info@mvacrashcollect.com with the subject “Do Not Call Request.”
- Write to the mailing address listed below.
Include the telephone number you want suppressed. Providing your name, email address, and approximate submission date may help us locate related records, but is not required when the telephone number is sufficient.
What happens after a request
We will add the identified number to our internal do-not-call or suppression list and process the request within the period required by applicable law. A short processing period may be necessary to update active campaigns and vendors. We may send one final non-marketing confirmation of the opt-out.
We retain suppression information so that we can continue honoring the request. Do not ask us to delete the suppressed number unless you understand that deletion could prevent us from recognizing it as opted out in the future.
Scope of an opt-out
A do-not-call request stops marketing calls and marketing text messages covered by the request. It may not prevent communications that are non-marketing, legally required, requested by you, necessary to respond to an active inquiry, or related to security, fraud, account administration, or an existing transaction where permitted by law.
If you later provide new consent to receive marketing communications, that new consent may supersede a prior request to the extent permitted by law. You may revoke that consent again at any time.
National Do Not Call Registry
You may register an eligible home or mobile telephone number with the United States National Do Not Call Registry at DoNotCall.gov or by calling 1-888-382-1222 from the number you wish to register.
Registration does not physically block calls, and certain calls may be exempt. A company-specific request made directly to us is separate from registration on the National Registry.
Third-party contacts
When you submit a request, information may be transmitted to independent attorneys, law firms, legal service providers, or other authorized partners. If one of those entities contacts you, you should also communicate your opt-out request directly to that entity because it controls its own calling systems and suppression list.
When feasible and legally appropriate, we may pass opt-out information to vendors or partners involved in the same communication campaign, but we cannot guarantee that a request delivered only to us will automatically update every independent third party’s records.
Text-message help
Reply STOP to cancel marketing texts and HELP for help where those commands are supported. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
